Having traveled across, he has a deep insight, passion to achieve, and sound understanding of global business trends. He has held several positions & challenging roles during his career and has been exposed to every facet of finance, reporting, planning & analysis and the administration functions.

Mr. Kalyan Tirunelveli

Kalyan brings in 17 years of IT experience that spans across North America, Europe and Asia. During his career span he held several senior positions with direct responsibility for global development and operations at Hewlett Packard, Electronic Data Systems, Sabre and American Airlines. In his IT Management Career, Kalyan has managed technical infrastructure, data security architecture and security policy for several clients including ABN AMRO, American Airlines, Dollar, Sabre, Travelocity, US Airways, Amtrak and London Underground Limited. Kalyan holds several certifications including ITIL, Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA) and Oracle certified Database administrator.

With the nuclear passion to excel and fuse the quality experience with his expertise Mr. Kalyan Tirunelveli, the Vice President of Arokia has unique capabilities to harness the most modern technologies and initiate the dawn of new IT era through his unmatched skills and juggernaut endeavors.

He has been accountable for developing business development strategies and overseeing their proper execution to meet pre-defined organizational goals. He has been an able motivator and mentor with a sense of immaculate integrity. He has contributed in the preparation of the most prominent work culture, methodologies and dynamic framework of the organization

Kalyan was born and educated in Hyderabad, India. He completed his B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He completed his Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Houston, Texas. Kalyan’s interests are in running, tennis, football and world politics. Kalyan is a certified tennis instructor and loves coaching young talent during his spare time. He loves to run in long distance races especially marathon and half marathon races.

Ronald Noronha

An accomplished leader and elite by thoughts, he has led several organizations all across industries, lavishing high-tide performance teams and successful business processes. In a career spanning over 25 years in the IT field, he has worked with the top-technology providers, international agencies and elite corporate sectors.

Prior to joining Arokia IT Pvt Ltd, Ronald has co-founded IT company and successfully run it for 12 years. He utilized his out-of-the-box entrepreneurial experience and skills at Arokia to develop sound vision, responsive strategy and developing new business verticals. He is in-charge of Finance, HR, and Admin at Arokia.

He has successfully handled key leadership positions in various challenging fields including, Finance, HR, Admin, Client Relationship, Project Management and software development.

Ronald is dynamically involved with the work spanning software development, strategy outlining and developing long-term mission of the organization. He has always been responsible for driving significant improvements within the organization about the different methodologies and technological framework.
